Our firm is currently working for Misener Marine Construction, Inc., for the re-construction of CT8 Berth
Improvements at the new Disney Cruise Berth. In the past, we have completed hydrographic sounding within
the West Turning Basin. We recently completed the layout and construction Surveying for Speegle
Construction, Inc, on the development of Jetty Park. This work included the layout of water, sewer, paving
and drainage of the Jetty Park complex. We have recently finished the channel soundings, dock
improvements as built parking and improvement work at the new Rusty’s Restaurant on Glen Cheek Drive.
We have prepared Lease Descriptions for many Port Canaveral Leases. We have set vertical and horizontal
control within the Port and have worked on the improvements of George King Boulevard. We have surveyed
and computed the spoil removal from the North side of the Port for the Beach Re-nourishment Program on
the Canaveral Sea Shore. We have computed the volume of salt at the Cargil Salt Facilities at the Port.
Our firm has completed many Surveys to the North side of Port Canaveral. These include Surveys of several
of the Launch Complex Pads for The Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Our commercial work South of Port
Canaveral has included boundary, topographic, piling layouts for several hotels and condominiums. We
have done contract work for the City of Cape Canaveral. We have a good working relationship with staff at
Port Canaveral, the Canaveral Air Force Station and the City of Cape Canaveral.

Among our assignments were the complete layout of Launch Complex 40 and Major revisions to Launch
Complex 41. We have provided complete As-Built Surveys for Launch Complex 36A, Launch Complex 36B and
Launch Complex 37.
We completed Topographic Surveys of The Naval Ordinance Training Unit at Cape Canaveral Air Force
Station; Range Control Center; complete Topographic Survey with Utility Location along an 18 Mile Route of a
proposed Helium Line; Topographic Survey of the Mobile Service Tower Park Position Pillars and monitoring
Environmental Test Wells along Titian Road.
At Patrick Air Force base, we completed the survey for onbase housing and commercial development which
included a Burger King; we completed 35 radar installations, including the boundary of the Air Force Base on
the Island Nation of Antigua. Four miles of work along the Atlantic Ocean at Patrick Air Force Base in
connection with their beach erosion plan.
Complex 41. We have provided complete As-Built Surveys for Launch Complex 36A, Launch Complex 36B and
Launch Complex 37.

City of Margate Roadway Project
The City of Margate roadway resurfacing project will be
designed in three phases. All 19 miles of roads within
City limits will have a re-surfacing treatment. The three
phases are as follows:
Phase 1 - Requires resurfacing of roads that have no
curbing or sidewalk along the perimeter.
Phase 2 - Requires the milling and resurfacing of
roadways using an asphalt recycling process along the
major roadways within the city.
Phase 3 - Requires the milling and re-surfacing of the
remaining roads along with the removal and
replacement of all sidewalks, curbing and handicap
ramps. This project is a three year revitalization of all
roadways under the road bond City of Margate project
parameters.
