| Since Carnahan Proctor & Cross, Inc. (CPC) opened its doors over thirty (30) years ago it has been providing Surveying and Mapping services for South and Central Florida. This long term specialized equipment and financial resources to provide our clients with high quality work products coupled with an uncommonly high level of service directed at paying attention to our client’s goals, market, and overall project schedule. |
CPC has always been known as a technology firm, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for both
Horizontal and Vertical control, such as Trimble GPS RTK Link equipment that uses towers to set
precise Horizontal Control, along with our Leica Digital levels that perform vertical control for large
governmental projects.
Having four office locations and the resources in each gives us the ability to provide the Client with
additional surveying support should the workload increase or in order to meet the schedules. We are
committed to bring all the resources necessary to meet the objectives. Our goal will be to beat the
schedules as placed upon us by making these projects our priority.

Loxahatchee River Benchmark Survey
Palm Beach / Martin Counties, Florida
35 mile leveling project for SFWMD Vertical Datum Upgrade Project
(VDUP). Digital levels using fiberglass level rods performed
Second-order, Class II leveling for the total project along with GPS RTK
methods to determine horizontal control throughout.

A 1000 unit project, covering 365 acres with multifamily and single family
lots. Extensive nature & conservation preserves with some special habitat
features such as: Gopher tortoise fencing and tunnels connecting several of
these areas. CPC provided platting, boundary & topographic surveys,
special wetlands surveying & mapping, condominium documents, and
building construction.
